Player is paid fully but the Banker gets only 95% of the pay, the other 5% is commission to the house. Most casinos pay even money to both Player and Banker, but there is exception: if the Banker wins with 6, he will be paid with only 50% of the original bet.

If that side's score became higher than the opposite, then the opposite also draws a card, after this draw, the side with the bigger score is the winner. If the Player and the Banker have equal initial score, the Player is drawing additional card first.
